About domestic shipping companies

Your ordered items will be delivered by Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express.

After placing your order, we will ship within 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and the New Year's holiday period).

*This does not apply if you specify a delivery date.

-Delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, or other reasons.

Normally, it is free for purchases over 22,000 yen (tax included). For purchases under 22,000 yen (tax included), it is a flat rate of 880 yen.

*For purchases including MEI SHOJI collaboration items, shipping conditions are different from normal, so please check the following.

Free shipping for orders over 50,000 yen (tax included)

If the total is less than 50,000 yen including tax, the shipping fee is 880 yen nationwide

About international shipping companies

・Asia (excluding China, Korea, and Taiwan)
Flat rate of 5,750 yen

・Oceania and Europe: 8,800 yen

・US flat rate: 10,300 yen

Customs duties: The total amount at the time of payment does not include customs duties. Items are shipped DDU (duty unpaid). When items clear customs, customs duties and import taxes may be incurred by the destination country. Please note that the amount of customs duties is determined at the time of customs clearance. If customs duties or import taxes are incurred, they will be paid when the item is delivered.
